CharterKind app

Open the map. Order the right ride.

The app opens with your pickup map, destination and ride choices for black cars, limos, vans, party buses, minibuses and motorcoaches. Confirmed trips then connect drivers, dispatchers and group leaders. Store releases are not published yet.

One trip, three useful views

Give each person the part of the plan they can act on.

These are the planned launch journeys, not a claim that a store app is available today. The goal is less hunting through messages and more confidence about what happens next.

Driver journey

Run the assigned trip with control.

Keep the route, timing and named trip contacts together without turning the phone into an all-day tracker.

  • Review assigned stops, service times and trip notes.
  • Share a clear arrival or trip-status update.
  • Start and end active-trip location sharing.
Designed for the work in front of the driver.
Dispatcher journey

See the movement that needs attention.

Bring current trip status, exceptions and the communication path into one operational view.

  • Monitor confirmed trips and their current stage.
  • Route changes or questions to the right trip contact.
  • See location only when an active-trip driver shares it.
Designed for faster, calmer coordination.
Group leader journey

Know where the group should be.

Make pickup instructions, timing and travel-day contacts easy to find when the group is moving.

  • Review the confirmed itinerary and loading guidance.
  • Receive relevant trip-day status updates.
  • Use the named help path when plans change.
Designed to replace guesswork with a shared plan.

Location privacy

Pickup help is not driver tracking.

The order map uses a one-time foreground location only after the customer chooses it. Background sharing is a separate, explicitly started control for a driver on an assigned active trip.

  1. 01

    Manual pickup always works

A customer can type the pickup instead of sharing device location with the order map.

  2. 02

    Driver sharing starts separately

Opening the order map never starts background location for a driver or an assigned trip.

  3. 03

    Limited to the active trip

Driver sharing is scoped to the live movement, not a commute, break or time between assignments.

  4. 04

    The stop control stays visible

The driver can end active-trip sharing instead of losing control to a hidden background setting.

How the app fits

The trip begins on the map.

Choose a pickup, destination and ride class, then finish the route, date, group size and contact details. Sending the order starts operator matching; it does not create a reservation or instant fare.

See how planning works

Set the route

Use current location or type a pickup, add the destination and choose a ride class.

Send the order

Add date, timing, headcount and contact information for operator matching.

Confirm in writing

The accepted trip identifies the applicable operator, service details, price and contact path.

Follow the trip

Role-based views connect the confirmed plan without confusing ordering location with driver sharing.

The app is not required to order a trip. Build your trip online now, or call (877) 929-9590. Store downloads remain coming soon.

Frequently asked questions

Answers before you build the trip.

Is the CharterKind app available today?

Not yet. The App Store and Google Play releases are coming soon. Join the app launch list to receive availability updates without implying that a download is already published.

Do I need the app to order a bus or limo?

No. You can build an order request on the website or call the trip desk. The planned app supports a confirmed trip; it does not replace operator matching or the written booking path.

Will CharterKind track a driver's location all day?

No. The launch requirement is active-trip-only sharing under explicit driver control. A driver starts and ends sharing for an assigned trip, with no between-trip or off-duty tracking.

Who is the app being designed for?

Anyone can start a bus, limo, van or coach order from the map-first opening screen. Confirmed trips then have focused views for drivers, dispatchers and group leaders.
