Planning terms
Know what is and is not part of the trip plan.
These website terms explain the difference between an idea, a request, a quote and a confirmed booking.
Requests are not reservations
Submitting a form or discussing a trip does not reserve a vehicle, operator, date, itinerary or price. Service is confirmed only after a written quote or booking agreement is accepted under its stated terms.
Trip ideas are suggestions
Package names, itineraries, venues and attractions are planning ideas unless expressly identified as a current written partnership or inclusion. A business named on the site does not imply endorsement, availability or a commercial relationship.
Outbound venue and event links
Links to venue, ticket, event or experience pages send you to an independent provider to review official information or, when the provider offers it, make a purchase or inquiry directly. CharterKind does not receive a commission from these links today and does not control the provider's inventory, price, availability, accessibility, policies, refunds or fulfillment. Transportation remains a separate CharterKind request unless a future written offer expressly states otherwise.
Common exclusions
Venue tickets, admission, meals, alcohol, gratuities, parking, tolls, lodging, permits, event credentials and third-party reservations are separate unless a written quote specifically states they are included.
Vehicles and amenities
Vehicle type, capacity, accessibility features, restroom, Wi-Fi, power outlets, luggage space and other equipment are not guaranteed by a website description or preference. They must be confirmed for the actual trip in writing.
Operating carrier and changes
The actual operating carrier, route, schedule, substitution rights, delay terms, cancellation terms and trip contacts should be reviewed in the final documents. Changes are valid only through the communication process stated for the booking.
